The Pre-school unit provides stimulus for children from 2 1/2 to 5 years old. The learning environment is one of fun and the children’s skills are developed through play. The warmth of care in this department allows for the child’s emotional and social development where their self-esteem and confidence is positively encouraged in an atmosphere of praise.The children’s own work is celebrated and opportunities in the department include painting, sand, water, dough, construction, puzzles, table games, books, pencil skills, music, cookery, iimaginitive play and outside activities.
